The first instance court.

1. The reasons for the court’s explanation concerning this case are as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance except for the modification of two parts of the judgment of the first instance as follows. As such, this is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

Pursuant to Part 5 of Part 5, “comprehensive construction for oil supply” shall be construed as “comprehensive construction for oil supply”;

(b) modify, below the third one, the contents set out in the last sentence from “Savel” to “Savel” as follows:

According to the overall purport of the arguments and arguments, i.e., the above evidence, Eul evidence, Eul evidence Nos. 3 through 5 (including branch numbers), witness D's testimony at the first instance court, and IBK Bank's IBK company's IBK company's financial transaction information in the first instance court, i.e., although C purchased several real estate in its own name from 1998 to 2004, the real estate of this case was registered under the name of the defendant, ii the real estate of this case was registered under the name of the defendant, ii the defendant was the defendant after March 15, 2007, i.e., the defendant was the defendant after consultation with C, iii).
