Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 18, 2015, at around 23:55, the Defendant driven a vehicle BM520 while under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.073% at a section of about 800 meters in front of the Dowon Apartment apartment in the Dong-si Kimhae-si.
