Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who has driven a Drocketing taxi owned by C Company.

On February 11, 2016, around 10:10, the Defendant discovered that the F Hospital located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government is driving ahead of the F Hospital, from the shooting distance of the bankruptcy park to the third-lane of the Seoul Customshouse, while the Defendant was driving along the three-lanes of the e-mail of the Seoul Customs Office, he was able to trace his hand in order to catch his taxi, and the Defendant stopped the said taxi by changing the e-lane to the four-lane.

In that way, the victim Ha K5 taxi driven by the victim G, who was driven in the front of the defendant according to the four-lanes of the same direction, was on board the above Ha K5 taxi, and the above Hastna taxi, which is a dangerous object to chemicalized, did not stop the front of the above 5 cab of the victim, obstructed the course of the victim and interfered with the course of the victim.

Since then, the Defendant had threatened the victim three times in the same way by changing the vehicle line in the direction of the victim to damage the Defendant, and rapidly operating the said rocketing taxi.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
