1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

The plaintiffs claim that each land listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter "each land of this case") was owned by the network D, and that the plaintiffs inherited it, and that the defendant occupied and used it as a road without permission. Thus, the defendant is obligated to deliver each land of this case to the plaintiffs, and that the amount of the rent should be refunded as unjust enrichment from 2012 to the delivery of each land of this case. However, since there is no evidence to acknowledge that D, the decedent of this case, is the same as E and the owner of each land of this case, the plaintiffs' assertion is without merit.

Thus, the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed in entirety due to the lack of reason.
