On July 19, 2012, at around 23:46, the Defendant driven BS5 vehicles under the influence of alcohol content 0.108(%) at a distance of about 50 meters from the ebbbbbs and the front and rear of the same location, which is a control place, at the ebscopic frequency parking lot near the ebscopic in Busan Metropolitan City, Seosan-gu, Busan Metropolitan City.
