1. The defendant B shall not provide for the distribution or use of game products which have not been classified, or display or keep such products for such purposes, nor shall he/she exchange or arrange for exchange or repurchase of game products or engage in business of repurchase of tangible or intangible results, such as scores obtained through the use of game products;

Nevertheless, from September 15, 2013 to the 18th day of the same month, Defendant B installed the second floor of the building D located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the second floor of which was located, and had customers find out the 40 game using a non-classified one game machine, and had them play the game, and then, they calculated the first point obtained through the game by customers as 5,000 won, and exchanged the remainder after deducting 10% of it as commission.

As a result, Defendant B provided the said “self-learning” game products without being classified as above to customers, and exchanged intangible results obtained through the use of the said game products.

2. Defendant A provided a game product that was not classified as above to customers at the time and at the place specified in paragraph (1). Defendant A knowingly received KRW 100,00 per day and aided and abetted the act in question by providing a customer with an intangible outcome obtained through the use of the game product.
