A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is in a de facto marital relationship with the victim B from December 2012.

At around 21:10 on March 18, 2020, the Defendant demanded the victim to “the money needed to obtain a loan by taking a house as collateral” at the Defendant’s residence located in Yongcheon-si C building D, but refused to do so. The Defendant changed the victim’s body part to 2-3 times by hand and drinking the victim’s shoulder, and 2-3 times by drinking the victim’s body part to 2-3 times by drinking the victim’s body part to 2-3 times by drinking the victim’s body part to 2-3 times by drinking and moving the victim’s body part to 3 times by hand, and 4 times by drinking the victim’s body part to 2-3, the victim’s body part to 2-4, the victim’s body part to 3 times by hand, and the victim’s body part to 4, the victim’s body part to 1, the victim’s body part to 1, the victim’s body part to 4, the victim’s body part to 30.

As a result, the defendant injured the victim about about 14 days of treatment, such as salt pans, tensions, etc., and threatened the victim, and damaged the victim's property worth approximately KRW 400,000 of the market price owned by the victim.

On May 28, 2020, the Defendant was issued a victim protection order with domestic violence against the victim B (here, 60 years of age) who is a de facto marital spouse at the Daegu Family Court on May 28, 2020 with the content that he/she immediately leaves from the “Ycheon-si C and D” who is the victim’s residence, and no access is made within 100 meters of the victim’s residence until November 27, 2020.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not comply with a victim protective order because he/she was found in the above victim's residence on July 12, 2020 at least two occasions on July 13:05 and around 13:46 on the same day.
