Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On May 30, 2012, the Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed to divide the instant real estate under the name of the Defendant, and the Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer on June 1, 2012, on the ground of inheritance by division, with respect to the instant real estate on May 30, 2012, which was the only inheritor of the deceased, and on May 30, 2012, the Plaintiff and the deceased C (hereinafter “the deceased”).

A.
