Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle B QM5 vehicle.

On September 17, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.173% from blood alcohol level around 04:40 on September 17, 2017, and continued two-lanes along the following two-lanes from the surface of the audience’s master’s distance to the surface of the human college.

Since there is a cross-section where signal lights are installed, there was a duty of care for those engaged in driving service to drive safely in accordance with good faith.

2. On September 17, 2017, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol 04:40% in blood, driven the B QM5 car from the new lighting parking lot located in the Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si to the intersection of each short distance under the same, from around 400 meters in the section below.
