Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 19, 2005, the Defendant agreed with the victim on July 19, 2005 by using the land owned by the Defendant as the Felel parking lot located in the former E-Gun operated by the victim D.

However, as the victim did not pay the user fee, the Defendant did not use the above land as the site for the Gpenta parking lot.

1. At around 09:30 on July 19, 2013, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s pension business by force, such as: (a) cutting the above C’s land into a bridge; (b) cutting the entrance of the said land into a bridge; and (c) piling up a fence between the entrance of the bridge and the water supply.

2. On July 26, 2013, around 09:30 on July 26, 2013, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s pension business by force, such as: (a) cutting the above C’s land into a schill as in the preceding paragraph; (b) cutting the entrance of the parking lot into a garden; and (c) cutting off the pents at the entrance of the pents; and (d) piling up water

3. At around 09:30 on August 13, 2013, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s business by force, such as cutting down the said C’s land, piling up soil, such as a ductating part at the entrance of the parking lot, piling up the iron fence at the entrance of the parking lot.

4. On August 27, 2013, around 09:30 on August 27, 2013, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s pension business by putting container stuffs in the above land C by force.
