Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Justice] On August 17, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a crime of fraud at the Daejeon District Court on August 18, 2018, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Jung Eup prison on August 18, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

On April 2, 2019, at the C parking lot located in Gwangju on April 18:20, the Defendant: (a) met part of the Defendant’s right part of the Defendant’s right part of the E-learning car on the back side of the said car; (b) followed the accident due to the victim’s negligence; and (c) flicked the victim with an accident due to the victim’s negligence; and (d) flicked in the insurance system; (c) X-ray cannot be marked due to the injury of both pregnant women; (d) X-ray cannot be affixed and premium premium is paid upon the receipt of the accident; and in such case, 200,000 won agreement is generated; and (d) the victim did not receive the insurance and changed the agreed amount.

However, in fact, the defendant intentionally caused traffic accidents against the victim's motor vehicle, was not pregnant women, and there was no fact that he had worked for an insurance company.

The Defendant received a total of KRW 9,398,000 from November 30, 2018 to May 17, 2019, including the receipt of KRW 200,000 from the victim in cash, and obtained a total of KRW 9,398,00 from around November 30, 2018.
