Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a B-Epurd vehicle.

On May 5, 2014, at around 02:40, the Defendant driven the said car at a section of about 1 km from the front of the Dong-dong, Nam-gu, Busan, which was under the influence of alcohol of 0.282% of blood alcohol level, on the roads in front of the Dong-dong, Nam-gu, Busan, to the roads located in the same Dong-dong.
