Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000 and by a fine of KRW 300,000.
The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants operate the packaging mar in the “E market” located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, and the F and G operate the packaging mar in the “E market” between husband and wife.
Defendant
From the packing end of B, while drinking alcohol was returned to a customer on September 22, 2013 on September 7, 2013, Defendant B and G were put to a vision between F in the side packing horse and Silvia.
1. Defendant B
A. Around September 22, 2013, the Defendant assaulted the victim on September 7, 2013, 2013, such as: (a) the victim G (at the age of 41) found the Defendant’s packing horse in the Defendant’s package, and (b) the customer was frighting to the Defendant’s chest by his hand; and (c) the victim was frighting to the Defendant’s chest.
B. The Defendant, at the same time and place as referred to in the preceding paragraph, abused the victim G by openly insulting the victim by referring the victim G to “the same young child” although they had been able to observe several people around the same time and place.
2. On September 22, 2013, Defendant A’s packing horse, she called “B” to “F,” and the F said customer appears to be “Ipson?” and as Defendant A’s packaging horse, she confirmed the fact-finding on the packaging horse, and she again she had the customer’s view only on the floor, and she had the customer’s view only on the floor. On September 2, 201, the customer was found to be a criminal offense, and the customer was able to find and control and returned to F, and the customer was able to her view.
Nevertheless, at around 14:00 on September 11, 2013, the Defendant, within the “I” office near the H theater located in the above E market, where 15 persons who pack in the E market are gathered, leaving the place where the 15 persons are gathered, “F will take alcohol from its packing end to the alley of a customer with the alley, and let the customer boom with the alley.”
