1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 200,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 1, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a management support company of A dental clinic group that operated more than 30 to 40 A dental clinic stores nationwide, and the Defendant is a person who was transferred from the Plaintiff the dental clinic located in the fiveth floor of Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter “instant branch”).

B. On June 22, 2012, the Defendant and the Defendant agreed to manage the instant branch, and the Defendant entered into a contract for the use of trademarks, etc. and provision of services, etc. (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the Plaintiff to pay expenses for the use of “A” trademark, etc. and provision of services as follows:

Article 10 (Period, Termination, and Termination of Contract) (1) of the Contract for Use and Services of Trademark, etc. (Period of Contract, Termination, and Termination) shall be three years from the date of conclusion of this contract.

If both parties do not notify in writing the other party of their intent not to request a re-agreement on the terms and conditions or to extend the contract period not later than three months before the expiration of the contract period, the contract period of this contract shall be renewed for each one year under the same conditions as the transfer.

Where the contract period is renewed, the fees for use of the trademark, etc. under Article 7 (1) and the consideration for services may be determined differently from the attached Table 1 by agreement between the parties in consideration of the performance, etc. of value enhancement, such as the trademark A, during the previous contract period.

Article 7 (Payment of Fees for Use of Trademark, etc. and Prices for Services) (1) "A" shall pay the amount specified in attached Table 1 to "B" every month in consideration of fees for the use of a trademark, etc. under Article 3, and for services under Articles 5 (2), 6 (1), (2) and (3).

C. According to Article 10(1) of the instant contract, the contract term of the instant contract is up to June 21, 2015, which is from June 22, 2012 to March 3, 2015, which is the date of conclusion of the contract, and the Defendant’s monthly payment to the Plaintiff during the said period in accordance with the attached Table 1.
