A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On July 2013, the Defendant entered the rent deposit return claim in the PC room located in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, and the apartment monthly rent contract in the apartment site as security. On July 2013, 2013, the Defendant entered the apartment monthly rent contract in the form of the apartment monthly rent contract for apartment that was downloaded on the Internet site as a computer and signed the KRW 401-501, and the KRW 200,000,000 (60,000) in the monthly rent column, and on the bottom of the contract, the Defendant entered the lease period as 24 months from the last day of February 2013, the owner column, D, the name of the tenant column, and the name of the E in the name of the E, the name and duty of the E, and affixed the seal in advance.

B. On December 26, 2013, the Defendant entered the real estate lease contract form as above in the “F building in Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do,” part 401, and 402 of the “F building in the leased section column” in the computer in order to provide a claim for the return of commercial building rent in borrowing money from the above B as collateral, and forged one of H’s real estate lease contract form in the name of H, which is a private document corporation in the name of H, with the seal affixed by the representative director of J, which was affixed to H in advance on the name of H, on the location of the leased section; “80,000,000 in the deposit column”; “31 July 31, 2012;” “A business number G in the lessor column; and “I, the Defendant’s husband; and

2. Exercising a falsified investigation document;

A. Around July 2013, the Defendant entered into an apartment monthly rent contract: (a) borrowed 7 million won from the “L” office operated by the said B in Suwon-si, Suwon-si; and (b) forged E.
