A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A public-private partnership and the Defendant shared their respective roles with B, C, D, E, one-person F, and G, etc., and opened an Internet gambling site in a foreign country where it is difficult to trace the domestic investigation agency’s online gambling site, and openly recruited to operate the Internet gambling site by inviting domestic gambling members and providing credit cards on the Internet. Accordingly, D and E act as a general manager of the above site’s domestic operation, public relations, and fund management, and one-person F act as a manager of the above site’s total board or chain store to recruit gambling members and play a role of opening gambling members and managing the gambling site by inviting office necessary for the management of gambling funds, and B is responsible for preparing offices necessary for the operation of the gambling site and having access to the above site so that the Defendant do gambling members and distributed the above site’s profits to the general public by allowing them to do so, and the Defendant’s act as a manager of the above site’s money transfer or instructions to withdraw the above site’s profits.

2. On January 2017, the Defendant established a gambling space in collusion with the daily working hours of the Internet gambling site, such as name H, B, C, D, E, one-person F, and G, for the purpose of using it as a lodging and office in the first place in Seoul, Gangnam-gu and Suwon-si, Seoul, and opened an Internet gambling site in the name of “K” using a domain name, such as “I” and “J,” which installed computers and Internet, etc., and used it as a foreign server.
