Punishment of the crime

Defendants:

1. On January 23, 2013, at around 06:00, the Defendants discovered G Sti-type vehicles parked by victim F in the underground parking lot of the building of the Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, and Defendant B had a view to: (a) Defendant A: (b) opened a vehicle door by inserting the door door of the above vehicle in a stamper under the above string line; and (c) opened a vehicle door in a string line with the above string line; and (d) received even a 200,000 won of the market price in the 200,000,000 won of the market price in front of the string line of the victim’s possession.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

On January 22, 2013, at around 04:00, the Defendants discovered Maz vehicle in the direction behind the Hamba-gu Hamba-gu, Busan, and then reported to the network around the Defendant B, and the Defendant A, by inserting the front part of the vehicle’s key hole into the front door door hole of the said vehicle, opened the front door in a manner that is shakend below the above, and opened a 5,000 won labbba and 3,000 won laba in the said vehicle.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

3. On March 2, 2013, around 03:43, the Defendant: (a) committed the theft of the victim’s market price by putting the victim N on his/her seat his/her cell phone, and using the gaps in which the victim N laid off his/her cell phone on his/her seat; and (b) putting the victim’s cell phone devices in excess of KRW 800,000.
