Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 8, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of three million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Changwon District Court on September 8, 2006, and on March 14, 201, the same court was sentenced to a fine of two million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving).

Nevertheless, at around 21:40 on March 28, 2015, the Defendant driven B Sbling B-B car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of approximately 0.069% at a section of approximately 200 meters in front of the designated park located in the same Dong in front of the restaurant in which it is difficult to know the trade name in the Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si.
