Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) sought to assist the former president on the street in front of the “D previously President SB master” located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; and (b) carried out a kicket demonstration on the ground that the victim E (38 tax) who is the reporter belonging to the SBS broadcasting station photographs the above kicker in the vicinity of the kacker; and (c) on the ground that “the president also has privacy.”
