On February 20, 2013, around 04:20, the Defendant driven a B-learning car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.159% 0.159% from the 2km section of approximately 2km to the same 1443-1st road in the city of Ansan-si from the parallel of Pyeongtaek-dong to the same 1443-1st road in the Gu.
