Punishment of the crime

In early August 2005, the Defendant: (a) at the coffee shop near Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E apartment; (b) the F General Sports Center was postponed by G University (hereinafter “GG”) and the establishment of the sports center itself was de facto so as to receive investment funds in relation to the establishment of the F General Sports Center, including a golf range, but did not have the intent or ability to distribute profits or repay investment funds; (c) the Defendant tried to establish the F General Sports Center (hereinafter “I”) with the victim’s land outside of Dobong-gu Seoul High Court (hereinafter “I”); (d) it was concluded all the procedures related to the golf range business and entered into the construction work only at least one billion shares; (d) the F General Sports Center’s investment cost would be reduced to KRW 25 billion each month in consideration of the operating profit of the golf range; and (e) the victim and the victim’s share in the total amount of KRW 300,000,700,000,0000,000,000.”
