In light of the fact that the Defendant had been punished for the same kind of crime several times, and the circumstances of the crime, the circumstances after the crime, the age of the Defendant, and the circumstances of various sentencing indicated in the records, such as the Defendant’s sexual conduct, even if considering the equity between the case where the judgment was rendered at the same time as the judgment became final and conclusive, the lower court’s punishment is too unreasonable.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the defendant's appeal is without merit.
