Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 18:00 on July 21, 2013, the Defendant driven a car owned by C without obtaining a driver’s license for a section of approximately 3.6 km in front of the reconstruction site of the apartment site of the 2nd apartment complex located in the Gu, Nowon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, 260.

A. On July 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) listened to the fact that D, who became aware of a vehicle through a middle school friman, has stolen the vehicle; (b) stolen the vehicle to D; and (c) told D, who was aware of the vehicle at ordinary times, to sell it to D; and (d) “I would sell the vehicle to a person who knows the vehicle, and divide the vehicle into money.”

On July 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) told D to the Kakakakao Stockholm voice call, “I have no way to see; (b) theft of today’s vehicle; and (c) reported it to the intermediate Nara; and (d) had the said D attempt to steal a vehicle; (b) around that time, the Defendant had the E and F receive a theft by delivering the Defendant’s proposal in sequence to E and F.

At around 03:00 on July 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stolen the keys of other vehicles within a vehicle without a locking door; and (b) carried a three-story parking lot of the apartment 123-dong underground floor in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government distribution dong; (c) E confirmed that the door of the B-owned B-owned B-owned B-owned B-owned B-owned B-owned B-owned B-owned B-owned wife of the victim C.
