Punishment of the crime

At around 16:30 on March 24, 2016, the Defendant, while boarding a bus No. 28 operated by the Victim B (56 years of age), opened a door to get off around the bus stops located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Seoul. However, the Defendant stated that the Defendant was able to say that the Defendant would enjoy a bell from the victim, “Cresh, Belgium, and Belgium was divided,” and that “Cret, I am?, I am?, I am?” and assaulted the victim’s french, which was driven by getting out of the bus at the vicinity of the bus stops.
