A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, while serving as an employee of the Creal estate office located in B B in the old-si 101 Dong-dong 101, ordered customers to seal the building at the request of the said licensed real estate agent office. On the other hand, the Defendant, by deceiving a person who actually wishes to rent the building to enter into a lease contract by deceiving the lessor as if he was duly entrusted by the lessor, received the deposit from the lessee, and the lessor received the deposit from the lessee by reducing the amount of the deposit received from the lessee, thereby not paying the difference.

1. Crimes related to D building 203;

A. On May 19, 2012, the Defendant: (a) using a computer installed at the above office to enter “G,” “H” in the column for the seat of the stud lease contract; (b) “this million won (Won 20,000,000); (c)” in the deposit column; (d) “one thousand won (one hundred and forty thousand won)” in the remainder column; (c) “one million won (one million won)” in the rent column; (d) in the lessor’s address column; (e) “F” in the lessor’s resident registration column; (e) “H” in the lessor’s telephone number column; and (e) printed out the name of the broker’s office column; and (e) stamped the above H’s name and/or duty under the name of the broker’s name and printed out; and (e) signed the H’s name and affixed the seal under the above H’s name and affixed it to the lessor’s name and affixed it to the H’s name (one’s name).
