Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On August 15, 2017, at around 23:00, the Defendant requested the Victim D (56 years of age, women) to be informed of the gambling in front of the "C" in Busan East-gu, Busan-gu, about 2017, and requested to meet with knife, but the victim refused to do so.
