Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On April 10, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor by the Incheon District Court on April 10, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Incheon Detention Center on July 19, 2015.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Suppression;
A. At the end of July 2015, the Defendant took the attitude of the victim E, who operated a shop on behalf of the owner of the instant practice room located in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu C in Jung-gu, Incheon, that was, the Defendant went to the correctional institution in his/her home. He/she also went to the correctional institution in his/her home. He/she also changed his/her living zone (referring to his/her name). At around 23:00 on July 30, 2015, the Defendant reported to the said victim F of the instant D D K-sing room (“G restaurant was known to the G-singer,” and, at the expense, had the same attitude to prevent the said victim from running his/her business again at the time, and had the victim frighted with 10,000 won from the drinking victim, namely, on the pretext of accommodation expenses.
On July 31, 2015, the Defendant, at around 17:30, displayed the same attitude that the said victim F would interfere with the business of the said victim F in the same manner as the above paragraph (c). The Defendant, at around 17:30, took a 50,000 won from the drinking victim, who was frighted, for accommodation expenses.
