1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Defendant (Appointed Party) and the designated parties have colored the Plaintiff having re-refluent power in the Yannan area, led the Plaintiff to sexual intercourse with the Plaintiff, and conspired the Plaintiff to take money from the Plaintiff as a weak point of view.

The Selections C, E, and G share the role of inducing the Plaintiff to have access to the capable male members, the Selections D, and F, as they pretended to have been a customer in a restaurant and have access to the Plaintiff, and leading him to a sexual relationship as if they want to have a sexual intercourse, and the Selections H and the Defendant (Appointeds) share the role of demanding a mutual agreement, as they were reported to the investigation agency, by putting the Plaintiff to have a sexual intercourse as they were related to the aforesaid “brenish” and as they were in a friendly relationship with the aforesaid “brenish”.
