1. On August 18, 2013, the Defendant, along with B, conspired with the Defendant to bring phiphones into the Republic of Korea using transportation books in China, to deliver them to domestic sales books.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported approximately 10 grams in collusion with B, C, E, and F.

3. On December 25, 2013, according to the above conspiracy, the Defendant: (a) placed with B, and around December 23, 2013, the Defendant: (b) placed I, who entered the Chinese Cheongdo, a book for the transport of opon; (c) placed approximately two 250g of opon, each of which is filled with plastic scrap; and (d) put I into the said opon into the opon in the brops; and (c) took a light aircraft on December 25, 2013.
