A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B E-car.

1. On February 2, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents”), while under the influence of alcohol of 0.080% of the blood alcohol concentration of 0.080%, was driving from the Kimpo-si Hospital at approximately 50km in speed from the Kimpo-si to the Kimpo-si Hospital along the two-lanes of the four-lane road, and changed the course to the one-lane line.

Ultimately, the Defendant by such occupational negligence inflicted injury on the victim C such as salt, tensions, etc. of the bones of a wood that requires medical treatment for about two weeks, on the part of the victim G (the 20-year-old) who is a passenger of the Meteme car, on the part of the victim G (the 20-year-old) who is in need of medical treatment for about two weeks, and on the part of the victim H (the 21-year-old passenger) who is a passenger of the Meteteme car, suffered from the injury of the victim I (the knee, the 22-year-old passenger), such as salt, tension, etc. of the Meteteme in need of medical treatment for about two weeks.

2. The defendant of violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) shall start from the roads front of the Kju-si in the J of Kim Jong-si, as described in paragraph (1) of this Article.
