Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 29, 2013, at around 22:30 on January 29, 2013, the Defendant assaulted the victim by her hand at the time of five times, on the ground that the victim D scam in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as the “victim”).
