Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving of C Freight.

On December 2, 2012, the Defendant was driving the above cargo vehicle without a driver's license on December 12, 2012, and was driving ahead of the Hanjin High School located in Incheon Nam-gu, Incheon.

The Defendant was driven by the victim D (Nam, 64 years old) who was proceeding on the right side of the fronter of the said cargo vehicle by negligence while neglecting the fronter of the said cargo vehicle, and was driven by the victim D (Nam, 64 years old).

As a consequence, the victim F (F) who was aboard the above D, was suffering from the injury of external side ruptures, etc. that require treatment for two weeks due to its shock, and the victim G (V and 46 years old) suffered from the injury of the victim F, who was on board the above D, due to its shock, such as the cupture, bones, etc. requiring treatment for two weeks, and the victim G (V and 46 years old), and damaged the above D's repair cost by even the above car door, etc.

2. On November 5, 2012, the Defendant, without a car driver’s license on November 5, 2012, driven a 10 km truck from the front road located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon to the lower street of Yeonsu-gu, Yeonsu-do, Incheon to the lower street.

3. On November 12, 2012, at around 07:30, the Defendant, without a car driver’s license, driven the above 28 km truck from the frontway of the said I to the shot-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon.

4. At around 07:30 on November 13, 2012, the Defendant, without a car driver’s license, driven the above 12 km truck from the above I-way to the front way of the official female middle school located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.
