A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 09:26, Apr. 18, 2020, the Defendant with special confinement: (a) around the house of the victim C (hereinafter “AW”), who was in a relationship with the victim located in Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu; (b) had the kacker, which was a dangerous object, on the part of the victim on the ground that the victim was not present; and (c) had the victim “the knicker and the end of the death of the victim” on the part of the victim; and (d) had the victim on the part of the victim and the victim “the knicker and the end of the death of the victim.” (c) allowed the Defendant to board the knick knick, while driving the knick to E,

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous things and detained the victim.

2. 3. The Defendant causing property damage: (a) around April 19, 2020, at the victim’s residence located in Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Dong-gu; (b) the victim was unable to enter the main line due to the change of the front door password, and (c) the Defendant removed the front door installed in the front door, and damaged the undeveloped mack in the market price that was installed in the existing place by installing a new mack.

4. The Defendant, who entered a residence at the above time and place, removed the existing gambling, and went into the residence of the said victim, and intruded on the victim’s residence.
