Punishment of the crime

On November 15, 2015, at around 14:10 on November 14:10, 2015, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victims at a place where many people, such as hotel users, wedding hall, etc., are located, on the following grounds: (a) in front of the entrance of the D hotel wedding hall in Seongdong-gu, Sungwon-gu, Sungwon-si, and a public restaurant for a cover-to-date; (b) around that time, the victim E (V), which was not good for the space; (c) the victim E (V) was set up; (d) the drinking house was carried out; (d) the police was carried out; and (e) the police was called as “Is the complicated male relationship; and (e) the victim was openly insultingd at the hotel users and wedding hall.”
