Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 8 months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Northern District Court on September 24, 2015, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 6, 2016, and is currently under suspended sentence.

[2] Around May 1, 2016, the Defendant posted a notice to sell a child’s “Nura” and “Nura” on the Internet bulletin board, a website in the Defendant’s residence located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Seoul, and then sold this book to the victim D who visited the Defendant by reporting this notice.

“The purpose of “ was to make a false statement.”

However, at the time, the defendant had the intention to acquire money from the damaged party by iceizing the sale of a child's book, and there was no intention or ability to sell the above book to the injured party.

The defendant deceivings the victim as above and thereby, to the new bank account under the name of the defendant from the damaged person, the amount of KRW 320,000 on May 1, 2016 shall be the same year.

2.2. 320,00 won was remitted in total to 640,000 won.

In addition, the Defendant, from that to March 13, 2017, by deceiving the victims in the same manner as indicated in attached Table 1 to 4, and received a total of KRW 16,265,00 from 69 victims over 69 times.
