1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant A, B, and 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 18, and 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18, of the 968 square meters of the
Reasons
1. The following facts are based on the following facts: (a) the Plaintiff and the Defendants did not dispute each other; or (b) Gap evidence 1-1-2; (c) each of the images from Gap evidence 6-1 to 8; and (d) the purport of the entire pleadings as a result of the request for appraisal by this court.
On December 30, 1977, the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of Seoul Metropolitan Government was made on the ground of land expropriation on December 30, 197 with respect to the area of 968 square meters (hereinafter “instant road”) of Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G Road.
B. Defendant A and B own one store and one warehouse (hereinafter “the instant unauthorized building”) located on the part of 67.6 square meters inside a ship connecting each of the following points, in order to indicate 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 24, and 13 of the annexed drawings among the roads in this case.

The plaintiff was delegated by the head of Seoul Special Metropolitan City Mayor with the management affairs of the sidewalk (including the side section) among roads.
E. The lower limit of the instant road rent calculated by applying the minimum rate to the publicly assessed individual land price in accordance with relevant provisions is KRW 88,500/m208 (=1,770,000/m2 x 50/1000), 86,000/m2 in 209 (=1,720,000/m2 x 50/m200), and year 2010 and year 2011.
