Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a reporter affiliated with D who is a media company in Seongbuk-nam Internet area.

With respect to the election of the member of the National Assembly in Seongbuk-gu in the 19th Sungnam-si, Sungnam-gu, the People's Republic of Korea has been selected as the candidate for the E-party in the area of Gong Jongcheon-gu in the field of camping zone, G, which was the candidate for the F Party, and H have retired from the F Party and opened the I Party.

No person shall announce or publicly announce any false fact on a candidate through a speech, newspaper, communication, magazine, poster, propaganda document, or other means, with the intention of prohibiting an election, and carry a propaganda document with the intention of distributing a false fact.

On March 28, 2012, the Defendant published false facts via D articles: (a) at the office of the three-story newspaper company located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, J.D., the title “F Party Jung-gu, K Camp Day Support Decision,” and (b) on March 9, 2012, the candidates and H (H) candidates sent to the general line of Sungnam-gu, Jung-gu, Jungwon-gu, Sungnam-gu, N andO, who are members of the Central Committee on N andO, attached photographs of F Party Jung-gu (G and H candidates were sent to I among these) to the effect that “Although the central party has a joint and several right to reply against the agreement on the right to reply, the candidate and H (HM should be replaced from among the local committees on the Internet.”

On March 9, 2012, the Defendant knew that the above photograph was taken by the members of the Seongdong-gu Regional Committee on Gender South and North Korea, such as N andO, a member of the Sungnam Central Committee, who was a member of the Sungnam Central Committee, of the N and H (H), of the G (H) candidate and H (H (H) candidate sent to the general line of Sungnam-gu Central Committee in the Jungnam-gu Central Committee’s Office, and at the same time, he was aware that there was no fact that the above G and H supported the K candidate and gave up the participation of the I).

As above, the Defendant is the above G and H candidates.
