1. The defendant is Class 2 of the Daegu-gun C ground steel structure, sand position plate, etc., to the plaintiff.
Reasons
1. On February 13, 2013, the Plaintiff: (a) leased the building specified in the Disposition No. 1 to the Defendant from March 15, 2013 to March 30, 2015; (b) the lease deposit amount of KRW 10 million and KRW 900,000 per month; (c) however, the Defendant did not pay a rent from August 15, 2013; and (d) on such grounds, the Plaintiff terminated the said lease agreement; and (c) accordingly, the Plaintiff is entitled to seek delivery.
