[2017 Highest 374] On April 12, 2017, the Defendant driven CCOE250 two-wheeled a two-wheeled vehicle with approximately 0.152% alcohol concentration in blood from the section of about 200 meters to the road in front of the Siho Park Park Park 12, 29-6, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si, to 10-7, Sinsi Park 10, 7, and 7,000.

[2017 Highest 859] On September 17, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for eight months of imprisonment due to a violation of road traffic law (drinking) in the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court on September 17, 2015. On May 29, 2017, the Defendant was indicted for a violation of road traffic law (drinking) in the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court on May 29, 2017.

The Defendant, as seen above, driven a motor vehicle with at least twice alcohol driving capacity, without obtaining a motor device driver’s license in the section of about 0.214% alcohol level from around 284 meters from the 3km to the 2nd road of the same Eup/Myeon-dong, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do around August 8, 2017 to 0.214% of alcohol level from the 3km to the 2nd road of the same Eup/Myeon-gun.
