A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant of "2019 Highest 649" is not a person handling narcotics, and thus, he/she shall not possess, possess, use, transport, control, import, export, manufacture, prepare, administer, deliver, receive, trade, assist in the trade of, or deliver narcotics or psychotropic drugs.
1.
