A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On December 14, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for the crime of acquiring stolen goods at the Seoul Southern District Court, and was released on July 30, 2013 in a female prison on parole on July 13, 2013 during the execution of the sentence, and completed the execution of the sentence on August 13, 2013.

Nevertheless, from June 2009 to April 17, 2014, the Defendant: (a) occupied and traded without obtaining lawful procedures for transfer of ownership from all members of the nation, such as the Defendant’s residence in Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do, 5th apartment buildings (hereinafter “E”) from around June 2009 to around April 17, 2014; (b) occupied and traded without permission; and (c) the actual owner and the nominal owner of the vehicle enter the said site into the closed site of “E” in another vehicle, i.e., a one-one-one-one brokerage site; and (d) purchased the said site “E” by reporting it to the said site, without making a transfer registration under the name of the Defendant; and (e) again posted a physical advertisement on the said site to sell it or arrange the sale of the tea, and (e) sold and sold a motor vehicle management business as shown in the attached list of crimes (excluding No. 117, 134, 135, 167, 183, 317,321 and 327).
