Reasons
Punishment of the crime

In other words, the land of this case was transferred 56 square meters to the land of this case due to the division on January 30, 2008, and 98 square meters due to the division on June 26, 2008, and 1228 square meters due to the transfer to the land of this case, and on August 22, 2008, the transfer registration of ownership in the victim D was made on August 30, 2008. The land of this case was transferred 138 square meters due to the division on January 30, 208, and 152 square meters due to the division on August 28, 2009, the transfer registration of ownership in the name of AA, the Defendant's living together, was made on September 30, 2009, and the land of this case was transferred from this case to the land of this case on September 30, 2009 due to the division on January 30, 2008.
