A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, B, and C, together with the Defendant, prepared to open an illegal game room in F in the middle of March 2012, from the mid-2012 Police Officer B, C, D, and E, and the same year.

3. On 18. Around 18. Around the same day, “G Gameland” opened an illegal game room, and B made investments in 40 game machine for which illegal remodeling was made and took 50% shares of 50% of profits. C takes charge of a unemployment share with 30% shares of profits from the provision of a game room store, and D takes charge of a unemployment share with 20% shares of 20% of profits as an unemployment share in the above illegal game room, and the Defendant takes charge of business, exchange, employee management, game machine settlement, profit distribution, etc. inside the game room, and E took charge of operating the illegal game room, while performing the role of managing the business, money exchange, and employees in the game room.

The Defendant, along with B, C, D, and E, employed as a part-time producer engaging in H, I, J, and K, and opened the said “G Gameland” from around March 18, 2012 to around December 20 of the same month from around March 18, 2012, the Defendant: (a) opened 40 game products with different contents from the rating classification; (b) opened CC-N-10624-01; and (c) opened 40 game products with different contents from the game screen composition, game method; and (d) opened 40 game products with different scores from the game screen structure; and (e) issued 5,000 tickets acquired by customers through the said game products as part-time customers; and (e) issued 105% of the cash exchange operation fees, excluding the cash exchange operation fees; and (e) issued 105% of the cash exchange operation fees.

As such, the Defendant is running a general game providing business in collusion with B, C, D, and E.
