Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. As a judgment without pleadings (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act) (amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015; the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Part-Time 3 Grounds for Appeal is amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015; the legal interest rate shall be 20% per annum from October 1, 2015 to 15% per annum; and the portion exceeding the above shall be dismissed.
