Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 25, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 8 months for larceny and intrusion upon residence in the Gwangju District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 3, 2015.
1. On September 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 13:00, at around 13:00, the victim’s name in the enclosed-dong of Gwangju-gu divided the first race and confirmed that the victim was out of the house; (b) opened a locked window and entered the way to hold it; (c) the victim’s market price in the place of release was approximately KRW 1.620,00 won in total; and (d) the victim’s market price in the place of release on bail was approximately KRW 1.62 million in total.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the residence of the victim, and stolen the property owned by the victim.
2. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads.
A. The Defendant was in around 11:00 around August 26, 2015, at around 11:0, from the 51-ro king-gun, Gwangju Northern-gu, 51, to the 61-ro, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju.
5. 18. On the road near the Memorial Park, the driver's license for the car was not obtained in the section of about 8 km.
B. On September 1, 2015, around 13:00, the Defendant driven a B-to-land without obtaining a driver’s license on a section of about 20 km from the front of the G-to-Yadong located in the G-to-Yadong, Gwangju, to the roads adjacent to the G-to-Yadong.

1. Relevant Article 329 of the Criminal Act, Articles 319 and 319 of the Criminal Act, Article 152 subparagraph 1, Article 43 of the Road Traffic Act, and the selection of fines for the crime;
1. After Article 37 of the Criminal Act, Article 39 (1) of the same Act:
1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;
1.Article 70(1) and (2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse.
