Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to engage in food service business shall report to the competent Mayor.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without filing a report with the competent market from December 10, 2014 to March 12, 2015, operated general restaurants by cooking and selling Korean-style waste bags, Jeju black pigs, etc. on an area of approximately 220 square meters in the name of "E" in Masung-si, with approximately 31 square meters, 124 chairs, and three gas sirens, etc., and raising profits equivalent to an average of KRW 300,000 per day.
