Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ joint crime committed the following acts: (a) Defendant B and Defendant A conspired to establish a so-called “warehouse” in which they provide gambling places in water and receive commission fees from gambling participants; (b) Defendant C, Defendant D, and Defendant F recruited gambling visitors; and (c) instead of taking part in the card by taking part in the card, Defendant E planned to establish a gambling place by taking charge of checking whether the investigative agency’s control was taken place, or of cleaning the above office used as gambling places or of taking part in the heart of gambling visitors.

According to the above public offering, from April 11, 201 to April 12, 2017, the Defendants 202: from around 20:20 to April 20, 2017, the Defendants 201 office of Suwon-gu L building 201 to around 02: (a) put up 5,00 won on the floor by using 52 card cards against numerous gambling participants, including M; and (b) after receiving three pages of the card, the Defendants received 5,000 won each time they receive 4 pages of the card; and (c) after having a person with a high level of 7: card’s number and 5: 10,000 won from around 40 minutes to around 207: 20:4,000 won from gambling to around 20:4:17,207; and (d) from around 201 to around 207, 2017.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to open a place for gambling three times for the purpose of profit-making.

2. Defendants B, A, E, and F’s joint criminal acts committed in collusion with each other, set up a place where gambling is conducted for the purpose of profit-making in the same manner as Paragraph 1, from April 14, 2017 to April 15, 2017, in the same manner as Paragraph 1.
