1. The Defendant’s KRW 31,060,435 as well as 6% per annum from March 1, 2009 to July 3, 2019 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
