1. Around 11:00 on March 8, 201, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim E (the 52 years of age)’s desire to “snick knb knb knb knb knb knb knb knb knb knb knb; and (b) carried the victim’s knb knb knb knb knb and knb knb knb knb knb knb knb knb knb knb the victim’s face face face part;

On October 28, 2012, the Defendant of defamation: (a) around 07:40, on the ground that he did not repay the money to the victim E in the playground located in the Dong-gun, Magu-gu, Magu-U.S., the Defendant: (b) left a banner, stating that “E was not able to collect money from the victim E; (c) he was not able to repay the principal; (d) he was not able to repay the money to E; (e) he was able to collect money from the victim; and (e) he was frightened with the money from the victim for four (4) years; and (e) he was frighted so that he was unable to lead a social life; and (e) he was frighted to early members of the Ma-gu, which were located there.”

However, in fact, the victim did not lend money to the defendant, and the victim did not commit fraud against the defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant has damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out false facts.

3. On November 15, 2012, the Defendant: (a) urged the victim E to repay debts from the Franchising Building 103 Dong 909 of the Daegu Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, 2012; (b) used by the Defendant, and sent a text message to the victim’s mobile phone (phone number: G) using the victim’s mobile phone (franchising: G) with the victim’s cell phone (franchising and francing; (c) franchising, and attaching 30 million within 26 days prior to the 26th day of the crupte; and (d) from that time, from that time to December 04:24 of the same year, the Defendant’s text message was sent.
