The judgment of the court below is reversed.

A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

1. The sentence imposed by the court below (three years of imprisonment) is too unreasonable.

2. The judgment of the court below revealed that the victims were four victims due to the crime of this case, and that the amount of damage was considerably about 426 million won, and that the victims agreed to or rarely did not recover from damage until now (the defendant was divided by the victims' disposal of the office house of the defendant in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around January 2014. The defendant sold "C-Offset point" in which the defendant invested 30 million won, and the victims received considerable money from the defendant while selling "C-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S.

However, it appears that the Defendant’s confessions the instant crime and reflects the depth of the Defendant, used the money received from the victims as investment funds for the cosmetic rooms in Korea, such as personnel expenses and operating expenses of the branches of beauty parlors located in Korea, and caused the instant crime. A part of the money that the Defendant acquired from the victims appears to have been used for the victims’ living expenses and staying expenses in the Philippines, and five million won for the victimJ and five million won for the victim L, respectively.
